• How long does it take for a design to be completed?

You generally set the timescale, and i do my best to meet the deadline. Contents are required (text/images) before starting any project.

• You would like me to design your site, what do you need to do now/what is the process?

Before all, you need to check  domain name availability, you can lookup on here . Once you choose one you will need  to purchase the right hosting package for your project and then based on your guidance, I can design an initial web page for you.
When a satisfactory design has been reached. I will then need you to forward content and images for your site and start to update the website for you.

• What matters the most while choosing a host company ?

Don't underestimate the importance of the quality of the web hosting company you choose. Problems with your hosting company can cost your business both time and money.  Things that can go wrong range from not being able to access your email, to your web site being down for prolonged periods, to features of your site not functioning properly.  I can  advise you on which web hosting company to use, or alternatively i can host your website if you choose a full package.

• Does the distance matters for making the job ?

The distance does not matter at all. I do not need to be in the same location as your business. All communication and exchange of information and images can take place via email, the phone, fax or postal mail.

• How will the prject progress be monitored ?

I will assign you a directory off of my  site for you to review mockups and the various stages of the site. Depending on your preference, I 'll contact you through either email or the phone, to let you know when updates have been made. Once you have approved the final site, I move the site to the web hosting computer  and provide you with all of the usernames and passwords associated with the site ( you can change them at any time)

Concerning the payment conditions ?

I generally ask for a 30% deposit from clients. The rest of the amount is payed when the whole project is finished.

Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month. Any support thereafter will be charged at an hourly rate of  $20.
